Brown County Historical Society is conveniently located at 90 E. Gould Street in Nashville, Indiana.   Across the street is our Historic Pioneer Village, and we are between the Brown County Courthouse, and Brown County Offices Annex; the Brown County Library is less than a block away.

The summer hours for the History Center are Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, & Saturday from 11:00 to 4:00 p.m. Closed on holidays. The Archives will be open Tuesday and Friday from 11:00 to 4:00 p.m. The Pioneer Village is open for the summer months beginning in May and closing in November with demonstrations going on for visitors. The Village is open for visitors to walk through any time of the year.
